三聚磷酸钠与柠檬酸复合强化蜈蚣草修复砷污染土壤-Effect of the composite of sodium tripolyphosphate and citric acid on arsenic bioaccumulation from arsenic-contaminated soil by Pteris vittata L.
      In order to study the effect of the composite of sodium tripolyphosphate and citric acid on arsenic bioaccumulation from As-contaminated soil by Pteris vittata L., the effect of single chemical activator sodium tripolyphosphate (0.75 g·kg-1 soil), citric acid (0.75 g·kg-1 soil), and the composite of sodium tripolyphosphate and citric acid (0.375 g·kg-1 soil sodium tripolyphosphate and 0.375 g·kg-1 soil citric acid) on the content of available As was studied by using a soil screening experiment in paddy soil containing 57.7 g·kg-1 arsenic; the effect of the composite of sodium tripolyphosphate and citric acid (0.1875 g·kg-1 soil sodium tripolyphosphate and 0.1875 g·kg-1 soil citric acid) on arsenic bioaccumulation by pot experiment of Pteris vittata L. was studied in paddy soil containing 57.7 g·kg-1 arsenic. The results showed that the activation effect of the composite of sodium tripolyphosphate and citric acid on soil arsenic was more significant than that of the single chemical activator, and compared with the control, the dry weight of pinnae and the total amount of arsenic extraction were increased by more than 21.8% and 40.4%, respectively, by the application of the composite of sodium tripolyphosphate and citric acid. And in the rhizosphere soil of the pot experiment, the total arsenic content decreased, the activities of urease and dehydrogenase increased significantly, compared with the control. These results suggest that the arsenic bioaccumulation effect from As-contaminated soil by Pteris vittata L. increase significantly by applying the composite of sodium tripolyphosphate and citric acid (sodium tripolyphosphate and citric acid). The increase was mainly due to the increase of plant dry weight and soil available arsenic content. .
